All orders are made and prepared after purchase. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days depending on your location. Shipping times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We will gladly review and resolve the situation

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, production may have already begun.
